Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

• Database Tuning & Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization to enhance system performance.
• Data Warehousing & DataVault: Implement and manage enterprise data warehouse solutions using DataVault methodologies.
• Machine Learning Integration: Utilize Python-based machine learning techniques to analyze and derive insights from complex datasets.
• ETL Development: Design and manage ETL processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading across systems.
• Data Visualization: Build interactive dashboards and reports to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with international standards and company policies.
• Windows Server Management: Leverage certification in Windows Server to manage and optimize database environments effectively.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to drive data-centric solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration, data modeling, and optimization.
• Proficiency in database tuning, indexing strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Certification in DataVault and Windows Server (mandatory).
• Experience with machine learning in Python and its applications in data analysis.
• Strong expertise in ETL development and data integration.
• Ability to build compelling data visualizations using industry-leading tools.
• Proficiency in database security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
