Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Leadership: Spearhead adherence to industry, government, and international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance standards. Ensure full regulatory compliance across all operational sites.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver high-impact, hands-on HSE training programs, equipping employees with the knowledge to maintain a safe workplace. Develop innovative safety training modules to drive engagement.
• Risk Assessment & Program Implementation: Identify, analyze, and mitigate workplace hazards by implementing proactive health and safety programs. Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Communication & Reporting: Craft detailed safety reports, present compliance findings, and lead safety awareness initiatives. Participate in safety committees and audits to continuously improve HSE standards.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and safety documentation. Utilize digital tools to track and enhance compliance efforts.
• Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and employees to foster an inclusive, safety-first culture. Drive continuous improvement in HSE protocols through engagement and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Advanced safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, SAMTRAC, or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations.
• Proven expertise in delivering hands-on HSE training and developing compliance programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in report writing, safety presentations, and compliance training.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to generate impactful reports.
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, working effectively in diverse teams and fast-paced environments.
