Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Convert: Proactively phone prospects, present tailored medical aid solutions, and close deals with confidence.
• Client Consultation: Assist clients in selecting the perfect plan by addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing expert advice.
• Seamless Processing: Manage new business applications, ensuring all underwriting requirements are met and policies are activated efficiently.
• Client Servicing: Deliver top-tier after-sales support, handling claims queries, processing membership changes, and assisting with tax certificate requests.
• Retention & Growth: Conduct annual health reviews, follow up on quotes, and secure appointments with potential and existing clients.
• Relationship Management: Meet with clients and corporate groups to present medical aid options and build lasting business relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in health insurance, medical aid sales, or financial advisory roles.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to process applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
