Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Spray Painter / Airbrush Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spray painting techniques, airbrushing skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. Whether working on automotive parts, custom artwork, or industrial projects, your skills will play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Sanding, priming, and masking surfaces to ensure a smooth painting process.
• Spray Painting & Airbrushing: Applying paint and coatings using spray guns and airbrush equipment to achieve a flawless finish.
• Color Mixing & Matching: Ensuring accurate color application and consistency across projects.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished work to guarantee high standards of precision and craftsmanship.
• Maintenance of Equipment: Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, airbrush tools, and other painting equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Following safety procedures and wearing protective gear while handling paints and chemicals.
• Project Collaboration: Working with designers and team members to bring creative visions to life.
• Detailing & Touch-ups: Performing detailed airbrushing and final touch-ups to enhance the overall finish of each project.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in spray painting or airbrushing (1-3 years preferred, but training can be provided for highly motivated candidates).
• Familiarity with paint mixing, color theory, and various painting techniques.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for intricate designs and smooth finishes.
• Ability to work with automotive, metal, plastic, and wood surfaces.
• Creativity and artistic ability for detailed airbrush work.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet strict deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
