      For the Emalahleni branch

Responsibilities:

• Collections of Accounts
• Invoicing and allocation of funds
• Account matching and queries to be cleared and resolved
• Reminder and follow up to customers (written and telephonic)
• Computer literate (Sage,Excel,   MS Word)
• Well-spoken / communication
• Must perform well under pressure
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Must be able to meet dead lines
• As this vacancy is based in Emalahleni local residency required.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

 

• MATRIC PASS in Accounting & Maths subjects (non-negotiable)
• Proven Accuracy with figures (Essential)
• Minimum 2  years relevant experience with Debtors & Debt collecting
• Must have valid drivers’license and own reliable transport

Working hours from 8:00 – 17:00

Will be required to work some Saturdays
