As a VVIP Flight Attendant, you will be based in Bahrain, with all work permits, relocation support, and cargo allowances fully covered by Bahrain Royal Flight. Your role will involve serving royal dignitaries, high-ranking officials, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in a discreet and professional manner—onboard some of the world’s most luxurious aircraft.

💼 Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service with grace, efficiency, and discretion.

  • Attend to every guest need with a luxury hospitality approach that exceeds expectations.

  • Ensure aircraft cabins are prepared and maintained to impeccable standards before, during, and after each flight.

  • Coordinate with ground and technical crew to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  • Stay current with aviation safety procedures and deliver safety briefings confidently.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional decorum at all times.

✨ Selection Criteria

This role is suited to female applicants aged 21–30, who possess the following:

  • Minimum height of 160cm with weight proportionate to height.

  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

  • Impeccable personal presentation with no visible tattoos or scars.

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial flying experience.

  • VIP or Corporate aviation experience is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to swim 50 metres unaided.

  • Clean criminal record and ability to provide valid CRC documentation.

  • Cabin Crew Attestation certificate.

  • Minimum secondary school qualification (University degree preferred).

  • Valid driver’s license (international license advantageous).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
