Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management & Negotiation: Develop, negotiate, and oversee high-value contracts to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation. Implement best-in-class contract management strategies to optimize performance.
  • Project Control & Monitoring: Establish and maintain comprehensive project control frameworks to track schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Identify and resolve project risks before they impact progress.
  • Compliance & Risk Assessment: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian laws, international contract standards, and corporate policies. Conduct thorough risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, legal, and financial teams to align contracts with business objectives and project requirements.
  • Financial Oversight & Cost Control: Monitor budgetary compliance, cost forecasting, and financial risk management to enhance project profitability.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed project reports, financial analyses, and contract assessments to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Claims & Dispute Resolution: Manage contract claims, resolve disputes efficiently, and ensure projects stay on track with minimal disruption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification (Mandatory) – Strong project management skills to handle complex projects and ensure structured execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in project controls, contract management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement laws, and international contract frameworks.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and optimize contractual outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial analysis software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and drive results in dynamic projects.
