Receptionist Office Administration

Our Client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must be a vibrant, energetic individual with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing Reception Desk: Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

• Dealing with email enquiries

• Diary management and arranging appointments.

• Data entry (sales figures, petty cash records etc.)

• General office management such as taking stock of and purchasing stationary, cleaning and office supplies when necessary

• Maintaining the company social media accounts: Content creation,

• Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management

• Create and update records and databases with financial and vehicle stock management

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and business practices

• Perform basic bookkeeping

• Assist Management with vehicle auction registration

• Liaise with suppliers

• Content development for social media accounts, content management and community management Requirements:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent organisational skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially word, excel and power-point

· Detail orientated and attentive

· Excellent time management

· Professional and friendly, as you will be the front-line of the business and be dealing with clients in person as well as over the phone · Open-minded individual that can adapt well

· Matric (Grade 12) · Administrative qualification would be advantageous

· Driver’s license with own Transport

· Reside in or close to Nortcliff 

· Must be able to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time,

Permanent Salary: R10 000,00 per month Experience:

• Social Media Experience / Community Management: 2 years (Required)

• Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Required)
