Are you an experienced Senior Internal Recruiter looking for an opportunity to drive large-scale recruitment initiatives and shape organizational success? This is a senior-level position requiring a highly skilled BBBEE candidate with at least 5 – 10 years of experience in recruitment leadership. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding approximately 500 staff, ensuring that the right talent is placed in key roles to fuel business growth. Employment is subject to passing a polygraph test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- High-Volume Hiring: Oversee the hiring process for 500+ employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with BBBEE requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry-leading employer of choice.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion BBBEE recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with employment equity standards.
- Recruitment Technology & Systems: Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and digital recruitment channels to optimize the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all applicants, reinforcing the company’s reputation.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Onboarding & Retention: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to increase retention and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in a senior recruitment role, with proven success in high-volume hiring.
- Must be a BBBEE candidate, aligning with employment equity guidelines.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive recruitment strategies and execute hiring plans effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimize hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with psychometric assessments and background verification processes is an advantage.
- Employment is subject to passing a polygraph test.
