Social Media Marketing Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling social media pages, creating new and exciting content and staying up to date with the latest social media marketing trends. Increase the brands’ online presence and improve sales. Manage and maintain Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Ticktok and YouTube as well as create, edit and post brochures, small clip videos etc.

In this role, you’ll serve as the person for developing, creating, and implementing digital

marketing campaigns that support our insurance Advisors, and team members in reaching

new and existing clients.

  •   Find Business on the CRM Package – Cross selling of the database – Health, Life & Risk
  •   Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content, arranging Headers and coordinatingwith team members – Promotional Content & Graphic design
  •   Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice andreaches target audiences effectively.
  •   Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketinginitiatives
  •   Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessaryinformation in CRM systems
  •   Oversee the company’s website and digital marketing efforts – including internal emailcampaigns.
  •   Assist with the bulk mailings for monthly newsletters, Reports, end of year letters, etc.
  •   Content management for Company website
  •   Social Responsibility
  •   Maintain & Development of our Website using various platforms
  •   Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google AdWords for tracking and optimizingwebsite performance. –
  •   Corporate gi􏰀s and wellness

Public relations & Events

Requirements

  •   Minimum requirements: • Matric
  •   Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  •   Graphic design experience and a portfolio will be HIGHLY advantageous.
  •   Experience in website maintenance.
  •   Immediate starter or start asap.
  •   Minimum of two years of experience in social media and digital marketing,
  •   Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns thatdrive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling contentthat resonates with our target audience.
  •   Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable.
