Tele Sales Consultant

Marketing

  •   Arrange Virtual Zoom or Team meetings for Advisors
  •   Arrange client reviews, update review dates, create TASKS on the CRM Package.
  •   Cross selling on the existing database – Use a script to present information and explainavailable product
  •   Convert leads to sales – Looking for opportunities to bring on new clients – Explain productsand prices, and answer questions from customers.
  •   Capture new leads/clients on the CRM package
  •   Following up on quotations and consents issued
  •   Follow up on Campaigns & In-house servicing
  •   Explain products – Handle and overcome objectionsMeet targets set

Must be well-spoken and target driven

RE Certificate

At least one year’s experience selling Short Term Insurance, Life products and/or Banking

Products

  •   Ensure FAIS and FICA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence. Update customer details and communication on customer debtor system (CDS). Ensure quality of calls in line with service level agreements (SLA’s).
  •   Good customer care skills
  •   Must have experience in Microsoft outlook and excel and preferably Xplan CRM package
  •   Must be able to work from home – VIRTUAL – Must have ability to meet deadlines and keepwork up to date

 Salary + Commission + Attendance Bonus
