Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy high-performance telecommunications networks that meet international industry standards. Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Project Management Excellence: Leverage your PMP certification to lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Drive efficiency through structured methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
• System Integration & Troubleshooting: Conduct advanced troubleshooting and system analysis to enhance network performance. Implement cutting-edge solutions to maximize data transmission reliability and efficiency.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Design and implement fiber-optic, wireless, and satellite communication networks to enhance connectivity across diverse environments. Identify areas for cost-saving improvements and system upgrades.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all telecommunications systems comply with Saudi Arabian regulations, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices. Conduct routine audits and maintain high-security protocols.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and clients to align projects with business objectives. Provide expert recommendations to enhance network capabilities and efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track network performance. Generate detailed reports and propose strategic improvements to enhance system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (Mandatory) – Strong project management skills to handle complex telecom projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications network design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Expertise in fiber optics, wireless communication, and satellite systems.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized telecommunications software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
